I authorize CHIP MCGRATH PHOTOGRAPHY to photograph my wedding, and I permit copies of the photographs to be used for display, advertising, and for sample purposes.

Chip McGrath will provide at least 200 images using film and digital equipment. All materials are warranted and we stand behind all products provided.

I understand the choices of packages as described (The Basic, Our Favorite, The Premium) and wish to have_____________________ package photographed at our wedding.  I understand a non-refundable $600.00 retainer is required to reserve our wedding date. Balance will be due before Bride and Groom receive any pictures.

Photographers are not liable for any omitted posses. No refunds unless photographers are unable to show up or if there are no images provided of the wedding day. Damages are limited to the amount of the contract.
